Tech Leaf LLC (“Company”) provides this limited hardware warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of a qualifying computer (“Product”). This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, Tech Leaf LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product or component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms below:
• Defective motherboards, processors, RAM, storage drives, power supplies, and graphics cards.
• Internal cooling systems, fans, and heat sinks.
• Display panels, if applicable, for manufacturer defects (e.g., dead pixels beyond the allowable threshold).
• Keyboards, touchpads, and ports (USB, HDMI, Ethernet, etc.), if they fail under normal use.
• Battery defects (if applicable) within 6 months of purchase.
• Operating system malfunction or corruption.
This Warranty does not apply to:
• Water damage.
• Smoke damage.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or minor cosmetic damage.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or upgrades by third parties.
• Software incompatibility.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Battery degradation beyond the standard manufacturer cycle life.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
• External peripherals, including monitors, mice, and keyboards, unless otherwise specified.
To file a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must:
Tech Leaf LLC is not liable for data loss, loss of business, or incidental damages caused by product failure. Customers are responsible for backing up all data before service.
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
